How do I find myself?
All pictures are organised by event or location, chronologically. Simply find the location or event you were snapped at, select the relevant date and time zone, and you will be able to see all the photos we've captured. Once you've found a photo you like, you can add it to your basket and check out.
How do I get my photos?
Add your favourite photos to your basket and checkout. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download them.
What size is right for me?
- Extra Large (Recommended) - View clearly on ALL screens and suitable for small, high quality prints.
- Small - View clearly on phones. Ideal for digital memories and sharing with friends.
- Medium - View clearly on phones AND on tablets and laptops.
- Large - View clearly on phones, tablets and laptops AND on large screens.

How do I remove the watermark on my photos?
You don't need to do anything. Add your favourite photos to your basket and checkout. Once payment is complete, you will receive a link to download your photos without any watermarks.
I haven't received my photos.
You will receive a link to download your ordered photos after your payment has been processed. If you haven't received an email, please allow a few minutes and check your junk and spam folders. Larger orders may take a little longer to come through. If you're still having difficulties, contact us here and we will be happy to assist.
What quality are your pictures?
All photos are taken with a 26 mega pixel full frame professional camera. The exact quality of photo you receive will depend on the size you order. See above under What size is right for me for more information.
My photo is out of focus.
We check all photos before making them available for purchase. However, very occasionally one might slip through the net. If this does happen, please get in contact and we'll be happy to look for an alternative shot.
Are all photos taken from the same spot?
We cover a variety of locations and events across the country. At our regular spots, exact locations may vary depending on a variety of factors including light, weather or just a simple old change of scenery. Follow us on social media to get a heads up on where we are.
I’ve accidentally deleted the email with the link! What do I do?
If you can't recover the email with your download link, contact us here and we'll send you another as soon as we can.
Do you offer refunds?
All digital downloads are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your download, please contact us here.
